Proactively communicates and executes seasonal marketing programs, initiatives, and offers to Dealers, Co-ops, and Regional Farm & Ranch accounts. Works with sales team to identify prospects that can be contacted digitally via virtual sales process to generate new leads. Regularly reviews marketing plan and

account assignments and remains connected with Area Sales Managers and Regional Directors priorities by participation in meetings; stays coordinated to avoid conflicts between internal and external stakeholders.

Navigates geographic differences (e. g.
