Acquires patient history and performs physical examination. Establishes differential diagnosis and institutes diagnostic workup to confirm diagnosis. Performs invasive procedures, including intubation, lumbar puncture, thoracostomy, insertion of umbilical artery and venous catheters, needle aspiration of body cavities, suprapubic bladder taps, arterial puncture for blood aspiration, transcutaneous placement of arterial and central venous catheters, exchange transfusions, etc.

These will be performed on a variety of critically ill infants in the NICU under the clinical supervision of neonatology attending staff. B. Attends high-risk deliveries and stabilizes neonates utilizing NRP guidelines. C. Writes orders for tests, procedures, and implementation and management of therapies in accord with standards. D. Documents clearly and effectively in patients EMR. E. Provides parents (and other family members) with information regarding the infant's physiologic/developmental status and needs and psychological support on a continuous basis that is congruent with the multi-disciplinary health care team objectives.

F. Collaborates with clinicians, staff, and students to promote continuity and family centered care. G. Participates in the education of nursing staff, nurse practitioner students, and other providers in the planning for and performance of continuing education and research on the unit. Includes self-directed continuing re-education. H. Assists the Medical Director, Head Nurses, Nurse Educator (s), and Discharge Coordinators in the development and evaluation of standards of care, unit objectives, patient care programs, and continuing education programs.

I. Assumes other duties and responsibilities that are appropriate to the position and area. J. Exemplifies professional relations and demonstrates leadership within the Center. The above responsibilities are a general description of the level and nature of the work assigned to this classification and are not to be considered all-inclusive. Prefer MSN in Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing and NCC board certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner. Successful completion of a Master's and/or Doctorate degree Neonatal Nurse Practitioner university-based program whose curriculum has been approved by the North Carolina Medical Board. Licensure/Certification Requirements: Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider (i. e. Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner, Certified Nurse Midwife, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist) in the state of North Carolina.

Board certification if required by the Department. DEA. The incumbent must maintain a current North Carolina licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN). The incumbent must also obtain certification from the National Certification Corporation (NCC) as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) and must continuously maintain licensure by the NC Boards of Nursing and Medicine as a NNP. Exceptions may be allowed for nurse practitioners approved prior to January 8, 1981 (see Subchapter 32E.003 of Regulations regarding Approval of Registered Nurse Performing Medical Acts).

Professional Experience Requirements: No prior experience required. Prefer a minimum of two years of experience as an RN in a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements: Demonstrated clinical competency. WORKING SCHEDULEThe practitioner will normally work rotating 12-24 hour shifts to include weekend assignments and night call. An average of 40 hours/week duty time will be maintained over any given scheduling period. Working schedule may be changed as clinical needs dictate. LEVELS OF SUPERVISION REQUIRED The practitioner should be able to function independently as defined in the job description.

This individual will drive and support the generation of critical findings and insights partnering with the brand teams to discover key actions that will enable better operational and strategic decision-making for both products Description/Deliverables Work with a best-in-class team to lead a comprehensive market research process (primarily US) for Cabenuva and contributes to strategic insights sharing across the HIV portfolio franchise.

Initiate and facilitate activities that enhance brand teams' knowledge regarding the product attitudes and usage, market dynamics, and competition. Represent the voice of the customer (e. g. physicians, patients, community) to the organization by maintaining and communicating a holistic understanding of the marketplace synthesized from an array of primary and secondary sources.

Deliver primary market research via third party vendors by leveraging multiple methods across customer groups. Key responsibilities in managing projects include: Collaborate with business stakeholders to design project scope and research objectives. Evaluate, select and execute contract with vendors. Partner with vendor and internal stakeholders to design survey/discussion guide and generate research findings/report. Synthesize findings, summarize deliverables, generate brand-relevant insights, and share with internal stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: BS/BA, in Business/Marketing or a Health Sciences related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in the medical or related industry, including minimum of 2 years in a market research or data analytics role delivering insights. Deep experience with a variety of research vendors and study designs and building quality research vendor partnerships.

Experience leading US primary market research projects for the medical industry Broad primary market research methodological expertise including qualitative and quantitative methodologies (ATU, segmentation, conjoint, pricing and demand studies) Solid business analysis skills with experience using data to drive insight; ability to efficiently synthesize large amounts of information into relevant, actionable business insights. Demonstrated strategic thinking and decision-making skills. Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal; able to communicate complex ideas to others.

Demonstrated ability to influence senior management and key business partners. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, budgets and keep projects on track to meet deadlines.
