Experience: 2-3 years direct external sales experience in a healthcare or senior services environment.
Experience managing and motivating a team of customer-service and internal sales professionals. Experience building and implementing both strategic and tactical plans. Experience managing budgets. Skills and Knowledge: Knowledge of senior services and long-term care delivery in Vermont preferred. Knowledge of customer service and marketing principles and
practice. Familiarity with community resources, businesses and organizations in the Colchester and Rutland areas. Superior communication, presentation and relationship building skills.
Ability to effectively represent the program to participants, families, outside agencies, community groups, community professionals and the general public. Goal oriented, energetic and passionate about working with seniors. Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment. Ability to maintain accurate records and to prepare clear and concise reports, correspondence and other written materials. Must have a valid driver s license and reliable transportation.
