Possess, provide and maintain tools necessary to perform tasks related to maintenance on heavy/hydraulic equipment. Maintain a clean work area. Conform in all respects with applicable federal, state/provincial and

local laws, regulations, ordinances and other orders and to all company policies, procedures and directives from supervisors. Assist in the training and orientation of new employees.

Maintain a working knowledge of and keep up with the latest technology through the use of technical manuals and attendance of technical training seminars and testing. Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested by management. Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); technical diploma desired. Minimum of one (1) year experience as a diesel mechanic Experience using diagnostic software a plus Must be computer literate, have the ability to be trained on

software systems and the willingness to learn. Must be able to meet relevant criteria for safety sensitive functions according to Company standards Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to communicate effectively with others.

Demonstrate ability to follow detailed instructions, work independently and maintain accurate records. Ability to understand and effectively use repair and parts manuals written in English. Ability to operate any vehicle or equipment necessary to perform job. Possess physical ability to perform all aspects of job. Physical/Mental Demands: Ability to stand, sit, walk, use hands and fingers, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, hear, climb, balance, taste, and smell.

Continuous concentrated mental and visual attention required. Visual Requirements: include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Frequent physical effort including handling tools and equipment required. Frequently lift/push/pull up to 100 pounds. Working Conditions: Frequently exposed to loud noise, humidity, hot and cold weather conditions, moving mechanical parts, vibration, toxic and caustic chemicals, fumes and airborne particles. Occasionally work in high precarious places.

The position reports to the Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager. The Safety Manager will work closely with a variety of different areas throughout the mill including operations, maintenance, and management. Provide visible and active leadership in delivering excellent safety

results Train salaried and hourly employees to develop safety leadership skills in the department and/or mill; promote the use of safety leadership skills and provide feedback to leaders on their use of the skills Manage the safety team and help develop safety coordinators throughout the mill Maintain strong relationships with other EHS team members as well as operating and maintenance department leaders Influence Business Unit operations teams to incorporate health and safety systems and processes Support operations through planned and annual outage support Identify and implement health and safety best practices from across the mill, business, and company Assign and track all safety activities,

Manage the mill industrial hygiene program by performing qualitative exposure backssments, developing exposure monitoring strategies, conducting comprehensive exposure monitoring and assisting with the development of exposure control recommendations. Develop and conduct health and safety training for the mill employees and management. Assist with scheduling, reviewing, preparing, documenting and tracking employee health and safety training sessions. Implement and manage health and safety standards and program elements (e. g. hazard communication, powered industrial trucks, confined spaces, personal protective equipment section, and moving equipment).

About the role The VP - Dev Ops Engineering Practice is critical to the success of strategic initiatives delivery enablement. The VP in addition to overall delivery management capabilities is required to have a deep understanding of Dev Ops practices and principles, solutions, frameworks and continuous delivery capabilities. The specialization is important as this capability serves as Thought Leaders in addition to management skills to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with market trends and capabilities.

What you need to know: Responsible and accountable for the overall CICD enablement, issue escalation and closure; strategic direction and the implementation of the GI target operating model and governance. Ability to lead one or multiple strategic initiatives in a distributed multi-vendor environment. Work closely across peer group to manage and implement all aspects of Dev Ops governance including interface with senior executives/CIOs, program management teams, finance, and sourcing. Focus on continuously improving the operating efficiency through value streaming and pipeline data insights.

Actively manage SOW, work orders and global resource pool to meet Dev Ops budget construct. Implement organizational model, governance and engagement processes to support the continuous delivery enablement. Provide strong monitoring and oversight of a distributed organization in collaboration with peers and strategic sourcing partners. Great attention to detail and strategic thinking with flexibility to oversee simultaneous programs.
