) You are experienced working in a high-volume environment and well versed in processing payables to include two-way and three-way invoice matching, and meticulous expense report processing. What You Will Do Promote and demonstrate high-quality customer service standards in a high call/email volume environment Verify quantity, price, and terms accuracy as you match invoices to receiving documents; identify, investigate, and help resolve discrepancies Ensure payment schedule alignment, follow established procedures, and monitor the invoice approval process; ensure appropriate personnel are approving within established authorization limits Initiate and prepare electronic payments, checks, wire transfers, and online payments Work collaboratively with internal departments and vendors to investigate and resolve payment related issues Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, accuracy, responsiveness, and tact in all written and verbal communications Review and process employee expense reports in compliance with company policy Maintain organized, up to date accounts payable records Assist in month-end closings activities What We Expect A sentence or two about must have qualifications.
