Summary Our company is seeking a full-time Industrial Air Compressor Field Service Electrical Mechanic who possess mechanical abilities with Single & 3 Phase electric with electrical controls experience.
This individual must also possess general mechanical abilities as well. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team with ambition and pride in their work. Responsibilities Installation, maintenance, troubleshoot and repair of all makes of industrial air compressors, air dryers,
and ancillary air system equipment Required Field Service Technician skills Minimum of 5 years of mechanical/electrical experience. Troubleshooting of electrical and pneumatic controls.
Experience working with 3 phase electric, drive motors, conductors and circuit protection, sizing and installation of conduit, enclosures, breakers, transformers, motor starters, etc. Understanding of Ladder Logic (PLC/Relay). Experience with navigating control boards. Variable Speed Drive Installation, troubleshooting, and programming. Reading wiring, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams. Experience with pressure switches, transducers, temperature probes, current monitors, phase monitors, and other
feedback devices. AC motor theory, wiring, and fault diagnosis. AC and DC drive installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and/or repair.
