Support advisors in enrolling with Coaching Programs and Forums. Responsible for maintaining relationships with new and tenured advisor staff members to enroll in training opportunities and provide firm resources to ensure they are well positioned for development and growth. Utilize one-to-one, one-to-few, and one-to-many tactics. Capture their own
activity in Salesforce. May support EAR relationship management as needed. Event focus: Coordinate territory events (i. e. Town Halls, Workshops, Focus Groups, Forums, etc.
) and on-going programs (i. e. advisor recognition). Negotiate venue contracts and reserve space, schedule speakers, manage vendors and participants, and coordinate event logistics including registration and attendee tracking, presentations, and other materials required to support the event.
