The candidate communicates throughout their shift with production supervisors and operators with primary focus of this role being on the floor at final repair and final inspection.
This position will be assigned to the off shift and this employee will be relied upon to uphold the standards of our quality system and assist production personnel with problem solving as issues arise. Accountability Objectives Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Implementing and maintaining quality assurance systems, procedures, and equipment to meet customer and Company quality requirements. Applying Quality Assurance Support through operator training, verification and establishment of inspection methods and procedures, along with ensuring conformance to product requirements. Assisting production personnel proactively to resolve product or process issues. Conducting internal audits as scheduled including the preparation of audit reports, the initiation of associated corrective actions, and the maintenance of audit files.
