Monitor and own programs to support consumer complaints; quality index, mixed ratio check, detail checks, BOM material check, and any other checks supporting this program. Work with operations leadership to proritize work for Process Control Technicians. Manage micro programs by performing routine and corrective action swabs and data authorizing. Communicate any out of specifications results to the quality
leadership. Be the first contact for any quality incident on the production floor working with the Quality Supervisor to provide a complete investigation. Promote food safety culture on the floor through observations and conversations.
You must have: High School diploma or equivalent 3+ years experience within food packaging/consumer products industry 2+ years experience in a quality related field Solid knowledge base of prerequisite programs and requirements. Food manufacturing experience and good understanding of total supply chain.
