The division has a strong foundation in educational innovation, research, quality, and performance improvement, and we have a premier pulmonary fellowship with one fellow for each year of training.
Our division members also serve as core faculty for the pediatric residency program and medical student education. We are looking for a Board Certified/Board Eligible candidate who is committed to a career in academic Pediatric Respiratory and Sleep Medicine. The candidate will be energetic and enthusiastic and will have the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
The candidate must be an excellent clinician dedicated to the care of children with respiratory needs and have a strong focus on developing a career as a basic, translational, or clinical researcher.
We are particularly interested in candidates who envision pursuing extramural and intramural funding and establishing themselves as independent investigators. Leadership opportunities are available for qualified candidates. In addition to a competitive salary of $200,000-$300,000 commensurate with academic rank, we offer the opportunity to enhance compensation with clinical productivity incentives and bonuses.
