You will support local Manufacturing Plasma Operations receiving physical and electronic plasma shipments and provide leadership to enhance performance of department taking charge in the absence of the supervisor and cross training and assisting the back up clerks.

You will report to the Manager, Manufacturing Supply Chain. How you will contribute: Direct carrier drivers upon reporting and assign trailers scheduled to be unloaded or loaded at specific times through warehouse management systems. Assist supervisor

in resolving discrepancies between production and warehouse concerning inventory counts and other problems encountered. Resolve discrepancies between shipper's packing list and quantities received before being entered into warehouse management system.

Prepare all documents and physical assignments necessary for shift to perform daily and notify logistics department of equipment shortages. Complete bill of lading, packing list, seal assignment, and bar code assignments for each order. Comply with Standard Operating Procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, safety rules and regulations, and departmental procedures. Main responsibility is the Automated and Manual Disposition of plasma units

based on the teardown schedule. Help Staging of Disposition plasma to be delivered to production.

Segregate questionable plasma units found in any area of the +5 -C area and -20 -C area to be process as " On Hold" or " Quarantine" status. Operate material handling equipment (such as forklifts and pallet-jack) Complete relevant paperwork following GDP/GMP guidelines and operate in compliance with FDA, OSHA, and MSDS and keep an updated record of training, including revisions on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and other training required in the department. Perform daily cleaning of the production area to maintain in GMP fashion.

Participate in departmental projects, continuous improvement and any quality working teams What you bring to Takeda: Typically requires high school diploma or GED plus 2+ years of experience or associates' degree or higher and 1+ years of related work experience. 3-5 years of warehouse and/or technical office experience. 2 years of stand-up forklift experience. Proficient in warehouse management systems and PC environments. Chick Delivery: responsible for counting load, loading (manually pushing dollies), hauling chicks to the farm, offloading with MOFFETT, and returning empty dollies and baskets to the hatchery.

Monitor trailer components to ensure an optimum environment for chicks hauled throughout the day. 1-3 loads a day. Egg Pickup: responsible for loading empty egg buggies onto the trailer and securing the load. Egg buggies will be delivered to farms and rolled inside egg/work rooms, full buggies will be scanned in,

loaded, secured, and hauled back to the hatchery. Responsible for unloading at the hatchery and marking rows to ensure accurate inventory. Monitoring the Thermo King trailer throughout the day to ensure optimum conditions for eggs.

Pay is a flat hourly rate while hauling eggs. Successful applicants must realize that they are representing Pilgrim s Pride Corporation whenever they are driving a company vehicle, making sure to always follow the rules of the road. Pay is hourly. Description of Duties/Qualifications: Will complete one of the above jobs daily/weekly. Load securement is the driver s responsibility in all positions.
