KBS is looking for a motivated, high-energy Crew Member that is primarily responsible for meeting customer needs and exceeding customer expectations in the pick-up and removal of Corrugate Gondolas.

To do this, the Corrugate Recycler will conduct the following process in completing their duty in their assigned area or zone. These are hourly, non-exempt, full-time positions. Se Habla Español. Work Schedule: Monday-Friday; available to work weekends. Pay: $14.50 per hour Work Shifts:

5:00 am - 5:30 pm 6:00 am - 4:30 pm 5:00 pm - 3:30 am Supervision: The Corrugate Recycler will report to the Site Manager. Key Job Responsibilities: Provide professional and prompt service.

Pick up full gondolas and replace them with empty. Transport full Corrugate gondolas to Baler/ Compactor area (depending on area or zone) Transport Trash gondolas to designated trash open tops. (training will be provided and required) Ensure that areas around all Gondolas are free of debris and trash. Do this when swapping gondolas. The Picking up and transporting of gondolas is to be conducted with motorized equipment provided by the customer. (this requires onsite training) Dust mop and broom sweep

compact – recycle area to keep traffic areas free of trash and debris.

Must keep traffic areas free of wood debris to insure safety for equipment operators. Maintain and sort in the Baler area. These are not all-inclusive duties; duties could change depending on customer Experience: Corrugating recycling preferred Able to learn to drive a forklift or tug for the job. Must have a driver's license to perform this job. Entrances may be open and work conditions during the summer months can be very hot, and during the winter very cold. Employee will be going in and out of freezers and coolers with extreme variations in temperature. Workspace could be very dusty, and on occasions can be noisy due to the traffic of motorized vehicles operated in the building. Periodically may work outside and be exposed to the elements. Employee may be exposed to spoiled food and sharp objects due to working with damaged product.

Work involves moving boxes and employee must lift, bend, stoop, pick up and move objects up to 75 pounds. Work involves using manual pallet jacks and therefore requires an ability to push and pull pallets over 2,000 pounds. May work evenings and weekends due to special events and other projects related to timely and accurate warehousing and distribution of product.
