HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT: The Corporate Accountant II is responsible for various accounting and recordkeeping duties and in the preparation and distribution of financial statements in an accurate and timely manner. This role prepares reconciliations
for monthly general ledger close, analyses of accounts and other accounting matters, drafts memorandums and other documentation explaining Oregon Tool’s accounting treatment and various positions under US GAAP and prepares journal entries.
This position is also responsible for the preparation of management reports and internal and external financial statements as well as cash management and routine cash forecasting activities. This position is also expected to provide assistance with external and internal audit examinations, maintain accurate and complete files in compliance with control procedures, and assist with accounting related projects and other special projects assigned by management,
including internal control, process control and system and process improvement projects.
LOCATION: This position is hybrid and as such, this individual must be available to work on-site 2-3 days per week as required by job. The leadership team prefers Tuesday & Wednesday onsite for team alignment.
