A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A WAREHOUSE LEAD As a Warehouse Lead, you oversee the sanitation, maintenance, and administrative functions of our warehouse. You also manage, train, and evaluate new staff. It's important that our operations are efficient and safe, so you implement operational policies, oversee security operations, and ensure the safe use of equipment. Some of your other duties include maintaining documentation, keeping accurate records, assisting with deliveries, and running reports.

Using our Skyboss application, you inventory all items in the warehouse as well as oversee the ordering of materials. To make sure we are ordering materials at the best prices, you get to work closely with sales representatives at different wholesale houses. As new materials come in, you put them away by the wholesale house. You enjoy working with great team members and keeping things in line! QUALIFICATIONS FOR A WAREHOUSE LEAD Valid driver's license Excellent understanding of warehouse procedures, inventory, and inventory controls Proficient computer skills Ability to work extended hours Two or more years of related experience is preferred.
