Essential Functions of the Job: Bilingual English and Spanish Responsible for scheduling patient appointments for the clinic. •Responsible for all phases of patient intake, starting patient electronic records, documenting chief complaints , screening financial eligibility and collecting fees according to the sliding fee scale.
•Input patient data into patient record in an accurate manner.
•Responsible for answering and re-directing clinic telephone calls. •Display professionalism and use a pleasant voice and friendly manner in the medical office environment. •Update and complete necessary financial information to determine eligibility for the clinic - asking patients for written proof of income, then verifying with financial screening information. •Locates existing paper charts as needed. •Assist patients as necessary to complete necessary forms. •Gather complete information and issue receipts for all cash collections. •Schedule correct interpreter (sign language, Hmong, etc.
) as needed. •Assist staff and students as needed in a collegial manner. •Assist with maintenance of the clinic reception area and general clinic maintenance and cleaning as requested. • Assure that all confidential information, including locking computer equipment and logging off telephones is completed at the end of the day and any other time the clinic reception area is vacant. • Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA. • Restock forms and office supplies as needed throughout the clinic. • Inform coordinator of need for printed forms and office supplies. • Post signs on clinic entrance, when needed, regarding clinic closing or changed hours.
• Make reminder calls for the next day's appointments. • Assume general clerical duties. • Interpret English/Spanish for patients as necessary. • Assist with copy machine maintenance, notifying coordinator of any necessary maintenance. • Assist and work with other team members as needed. • Count, verify, and co-sign daily cash collection at the end of the day; print and collect daily user Batch Report(s); lock money and cash box in med room. • Assist and work with students and NWTC instructors. • Verifies cash to log and receipts, records same on collection summary sheet.
Delivers all cash receipts to Business Coordinator at the end of each week. Reports any variances from cash receipt to cash log. • Arranges for referrals to area physicians and hospitals as requested by professional staff. • Redirect patients to other agencies as needed. • Documentation of patient concerns/requests and forwarding concerns to appropriate providers/staff. • Deliver lab specimens to N. E. W. Community Clinic and hospitals as needed. Qualifications and Education Requirements • Education: High school diploma • Experience : A minimum of 3-year clinical experience in nursing.
Experience in Infection Prevention with basic knowledge of the principles of epidemiology and infections, diseases, sterilization, sanitation, and disinfection practice preferred. Experience in handling employee health and staff development is preferred. • Expertise : training in medical record maintenance, keyboarding and knowledge of basic medical terms is desirable. Equivalent work experience will be considered. • Language: Comprehend and use basic language either written or spoken to communicate information and ideals in both English and Spanish. Preferred Skills • Ability to display professionalism in a medical office setting.

As the Social Media Coordinator, you will be keenly focused on social media advertisement, content creation and strategy, building advertising and content campaign calendars, working with the Marketing Department to grow digital engagement amongst previous, current, and prospective Gold's Gym members, and offering additional support where needed.
Responsibilities: • Oversee and plan organic and paid ad campaigns on social platforms with a focus on SEO, keyword targeting, and member acquisition practices. • Maintain and report on budget tracking and dashboard reports for digital advertising campaigns. • Assist the Marketing Department with creating
engaging text, image and video content. • Assist the Marketing Department, as needed, at events, location openings and other member experiences. • Collaborate with the Marketing Department to execute content creation for DC Metro On-Demand, Gold's Studio and all Gold's Gym DC Metro social media platforms.
• Work with the Marketing Department to create integrated and cost-effective digital strategies and campaigns. Qualifications & Requirements: • Passion for utilizing and creating social media content, digital advertising, and other marketing tactics to acquire and support Gold's Gym members. • 3+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing and/or Digital Advertising • Marketing or
