Qualifications BS in computer science, engineering, or relevant field. 10+ years of large scale, enterprise planning, design, implementation, and support experience 5+ years of proven experience as an architect in designing and implementing Service Now modules, custom applications, and integration with 3rd party applications.

5+ years of development/configuration experience on the Service Now platform including Integration Hub and Mid Server. 5+ years of experience in leading a development team. Strong technical abilities, a sound understanding of business strategy and policies that govern the Service Now platform and possesses advanced Service Now knowledge and skill. Good understanding of architecture / infrastructure concepts and ITIL implementation.

Proven experience with key technologies relevant to the Service Now integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS. Thorough knowledge on workflows, tables, encryptions, UI builder, Agent workspace, Virtual Agent, flow designer and integration hub. Excellent knowledge on Enterprise Security and Architecture, middleware and discovery technologies, database design schemas and data modeling. Service Now Certified Master Architect and/or Certified Technical Architect.
