Phoenix Raceway is seeking part time event workers in the position of Guest Services Event Staff. As a member of the Guest Services Event Staff, you will be responsible for bringing our guests an unforgettable racing experience. Event Staff are responsible for bringing our guests an unforgettable race day experience! Admissions Event Staff will check/scan each guest's ticket or credential for valid entry through the grandstand gates or INfield Hub.
GUEST SERVICES OFFICE EVENT STAFFGUEST SERVICES OFFICES - GSO Event Staff are positioned at Guest Services Offices that are located around property and in the Venue. GSO Event Staff must be able to think quickly, utilize their tools to provide our fans with accurate information in a timely manner, and ensure our fans have a positive race-day experience. GSO Event Staff are also responsible for managing the lost and found program, resolving any ticket discrepancies

Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks Provide visible security presence to guests and employees Screen all persons entering ticketed and/or secure areas for valid credentials/tickets Help keep PIR guests and property safe and secure Assist guests with questions regarding directions, information about the facility, parking and disabled assistance Report emergencies to track Unified Command Center Responds to requests for help Enforce speedway policies and procedures Various additional tasks
as assigned Performance Measures Courtesy and diplomacy with internal and external customers; Attendance and punctuality; Attention to detail.
