Excellent verbal, written and presentation communications skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or a related field. Master’s degree in one of these fields preferred. Maintain a cooperative and cheerful attitude when relating to residents or their guests.

Assist with bathing and dressing of residents as scheduled or directed. Assist residents at mealtime as directed or needed. Assist residents with personal hygiene needs as needed throughout the shift. Assist residents with daily recreational activities, including crafts, games, music, and exercise and encourage participation.
