Crane Services LLC, is seeking a full-time Industrial Painter located in Broomfield, CO. The role of Industrial Painter is to paint newly manufactured overhead bridge cranes or any fabricated equipment. The Crane Painter works primarily indoors in an environmentally controlled and heated area of our manufacturing facility during normal working hours.

This position reports into the Manufacturing Supervisor. Duties Include: Use standard spray equipment (Conventional pot sprayer, air assisted airless and airless paint sprayer) to apply coatings, primer and topcoats, to industrial equipment. Our standard paint system is water based alkyd. Setup equipment, fans, and shields Prepare equipment

surface, clean, and mask prior to application of coatings. Cleaning is limited to water based and biodegradable degreaser. Clean and maintain spray equipment and the paint work area Apply various markings to equipment including decals Manage paint waste by disposing into correct waste containers Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent required Two (2) years of industrial painting experience required Able and willing to work overtime and weekends as needed Key Attributes: Able and willing to follow directions Work accurately and efficiently Consistently meet short deadlines and long lead times Work with minimal supervision Maintain a positive attitude Work independently and contribute

Job Responsibilities In this role you will: Aid fellow team members and end users in troubleshooting and problem resolution in support of real-time operations. Communicate effectively verbally and in writing to include, but not limited to, creation of process documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows and Linux VMs via Open Stack. Provide accurate logs so that the development and sustainment teams can make improvements in product stability and functionality. Implement system enhancements that will improve the performance and reliability of the system including installing, upgrading/patching, monitoring, problem resolution,

and configuration management. Maintain smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with team members, system engineers, operators, project managers, end users, and customers.

Install, configure, and perform maintenance of virtual environments to include virtualized servers and VDI Desktops utilizing PCo IP. Create and maintain user and computer accounts and modify file permissions and security access lists via Active Directory and Linux. Oversee daily maintenance and provide Tier 1 troubleshooting and support in Open Stack environment. Support integration of Dev Ops software such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Ansible, and Terraform.

To be successful in this role you should: Be able to do shift work and work weekends and nights with no issues (team works a /Panama schedule with every other weekend off) Be able to consistently arrive on time for your shift to begin This position can be filled at a level 2 or 3.
