Must be skilled and have knowledge of several of the building trades to include, plumbing, electrical, HVAC-R, mechanical, This is a skilled position providing multi skilled craft-level services to perform repairs and maintenance in various aspect of building engineering operations including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and plastering, machine servicing, minor electrical repairs and HVAC preventive maintenance and vehicle servicing.
Must keep documentation, general records and other required administrative tasks pertaining to the position. Work performed must conform to that described per the contractual agreement
