The department produces seven annual shows in the academic unit and two through the Summer Repertory Theatre Program. It offers substantial professional opportunities to faculty and students working closely with the resident professional theatre company partner on campus, Theater LAB. The theatre department offers seven majors and two minors in Design and Technology, Performance, and Musical Theatre at the B.
A. B. F. A. and M. F. A. levels. The department produces our productions through our four theatre spaces on campus, including a newly renovated 500-seat proscenium theatre, our 150-seat black box theatre, and two smaller 80-seat black box theatres.
