Other Requirements: Experience must include three (3) years use of all the following: CATIA packages, CFD analysis, Dynamic analysis (free frequency/frequency response), HPDC casting simulation, 3D heat treatment racks design, Die casting tooling stress analysis, Simulation results validation techniques, HPDC/LPDC distortion prediction processes, FEA analysis, Residual stress analysis, Magmasoft and Distortion simulation.
