data in technical reports and oral presentations Assist in the preparation of engineering plans and specifications for design of detention facilities, storm drains, flood control facilities and other hydraulic structures Contribute to business development, marketing, and proposal preparation efforts Excellent oral and written communication skills Participates in the development of project design concepts and criteria.
Makes recommendations on project staffing. Analyzes complex design problems requiring the development of new or improved techniques or procedures.
