Follows the design process to create solutions to problems Work with the team to create and implement the solutions and transfer to manufacturing Run research activities with careful attention to documentation, review and analysis Qualifications: Strong team orientation A degree in an Engineering, Product Development, or related field Knowledge of CAD software basics Light coding experience or desire to learn Self-motivated and detail-oriented Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment
