Responsibilities: As a Manufacturing Engineer specializing in powder and beverage processing production lines, your key responsibilities will include: Production Line Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize production lines for the manufacturing of powdered and beverage products, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards. Project Management: Take ownership of projects related to production line enhancements, equipment upgrades, and process improvements from conception
to implementation. Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical expertise and support to resolve production issues, equipment malfunctions, and process deviations to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of existing manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to increase productivity and reduce waste. Line Validation: Conduct line validation activities to ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and product quality requirements. Requirements: To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering, Industrial engineering, or a related technical degree.
2-5 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in a factory setting, with a focus on powder and/or beverage processing production lines and equipment a plus. Proven expertise in production line design , with a track record of successful projects that improved efficiency and reduced production costs. Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively. A self-starter with a take-charge attitude , capable of driving initiatives independently and delivering results in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Troubleshooting proficiency to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime. Experience in process analysis and continuous improvement methodologies (e. g. Lean, Six Sigma). Familiarity with line validation processes and regulatory requirements for the food and beverage industry. Benefits: We offer competitive compensation, based on experience and personal/company goals.
