KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES Places product on conveyor belts, in pouches, on boards or on freezer trays. Weigh fish for correct ounce size. Trim product with knife according to SOP. Pin-bone
product (make sure there are no bones in product). Packages fresh or fresh frozen fish to be shipped or stored for further processing. Folds and prepares shipping and customer boxes by hand.
Tapes, labels, and palletizes boxes for shipping or storage. Cleans machines as required. Completes documentation needed for traceability. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE High school diploma preferred. Food processing experience a plus. Excellent ability to work well independently or in a team atmosphere. Must be able to understand and act on verbal communication. Ability to use primary math skills. Excellent ability to adapt to changing Company needs. Excellent ability in identifying species and all
