At On Lok, Caregivers provide the same services as a " Personal Care Attendant" position referred to in the PACE regulation (42 CFR Part 460). DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: May perform duties of a Caregiver 1. Provides onboarding and ongoing training for other Caregiver-1s and 2s using manuals and formal training materials as a guide.
