Refer to manufacturer's instructions when necessary. Reviews and evaluates the work performance of assigned personnel, as well as counsels and disciplines assigned personnel according to the established company standards. Ensures that all equipment is maintained in proper working condition. Assist in performing housekeeping duties as needed. Must maintain the care and use of supplies, equipment, etc. and maintain the appearance of housekeeping areas, must perform regular inspections of resident rooms/units for sanitation, order, safety and proper performance of assigned duties. Checks supply areas daily ad stocks with required items.
Fills requisitions from the nursing department for routine supplies and equipment in accordance with established policies and procedures. Ensures facility has adequate emergency supplies Maintains supply and storage rooms in organized, clean, and safe condition in compliance with applicable local, state, or federal regulations. Rotates supplies to avoid loss of expired items May order supplies within allocated budget from approved company vendors and processes orders in accordance with procurement procedures and location protocols.
