As a Housekeeper, you will be cleaning villas for arriving guests and servicing villas for guests during their stay. Your responsibilities will also include, but are not limited to, responding to guest's requests, stocking carts with supplies needed for cleaning guest rooms and replacing amenities. To ensure we are providing
the best services to our guests, as a Housekeeper, your duties will entail guaranteeing consistently high quality room services. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. with others using clear and professional language. Support team to reach common goals.
Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Attention to customer service with a professional and pleasant personality. Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors. the pool deck. Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests in all recreational activities and areas by expressing an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude. Observe activity in the recreational facility and respond appropriately in accordance with local operating procedure in the event of an emergency.
Promote the rules and regulations of the recreation facility. Be aware of possible situations where guests are not able to safely participate in an activity and inform supervisor/manager. Provide assistance to injured guests until the arrival of emergency medical services. Obtain, fold, and stack towels according to company procedures. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions

ensure that cleanliness and condition of each assigned area meets designated standards. Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms. Request preventative maintenance or non-urgent repairs using appropriate method.
Contact other departments directly for urgent repairs. Clean, maintain, and store cleaning equipment. Document and report outstanding issues. Complete required Housekeeping paperwork. Respond promptly to requests from guests, Front Desk, or At Your Service requests. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees; serve as a role model. CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
