Responsibilities Operate, perform preventative maintenance, calibration, and operational and functional repairs and adjustments of production critical automated material handling equipment (box erectors, LPA’s, ML20’s etc.

) Perform industrial battery maintenance, including changing, repair, charging, preventative maintenance and troubleshooting Perform all building PMs in accordance to insurance mandated guidelines, making necessary repairs to ensure compliance and/or escalating issues to supervision Perform necessary maintenance, upkeep, and repair of the interior and exterior of the facility, office spaces and related equipment, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, HVAC, welding,

weather related maintenance, etc. Complete work orders, records, logs and other written or computer-based documents according to established procedures Maintain inventory of spare parts and orderly storage of all related tools, equipment, in the maintenance functions Assist technicians on technical repairs.

Coordinate with the Safety department to maintain safety and preventive guidelines in assigned areas, completing audits and repairs as required. Maintain all lighting/building receptacles by reading building prints, using trouble shooting skills and equipment such as voltmeters, amp clamps, etc. to make necessary changes and repairs Complete all work in accordance with established safety procedures, and a working knowledge of OSHA guidelines, NEC, and NFPA FM Global standards Education High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Required Skills and Experience Requires 1-2 years of experience in industrial maintenance field, related field, or technical training in maintenance field.

Duties WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY The purpose of this position is for the incumbent to serve as the Supervisory Tribal Program Specialist (SFTPS), responsible for supervising a staff assigned to administer formula and discretionary grants, interagency collaborations, special initiatives, and overseeing grants operations for tribes, tribal organizations implementing domestic violence, dating violence, family violence and interactionual violence services for American Indians and Alaska Native survivors pursuant to the Family Violence Prevention and Services Act (FVPSA), as

amended, and implementing regulatory guidance.

The incumbent supervises the implementation of monitoring review, support and technical assistance to formula and discretionary tribal grantees.

Provides guidance on HHS policies, regulations, procedures, and systems necessary to assure efficient program operations at the state, territorial, tribal, and local levels. Provides leadership on national public awareness and communications about domestic violence, dating violence, family violence, and interactionual violence intervention and prevention services and supports American Indian and Alaska Native survivors and their children. The incumbent will coordinate and participate in virtual

or on-site reviews for the purpose of backssing state, territory and/or tribal FVPSA grant recipient performance and compliance with FVPSA statute requirements, and/or other Federal regulations.

The incumbent will prepare training materials and policy guidance documents that will provide technical guidance to interactionual violence and domestic violence grant recipients who addressing the needs of American Indian and Alaska Native interactionual assault and domestic violence survivors. Minimum Qualifications: In addition to the Basic Requirement above, you must have one-year specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service performing at least three (3) of the following: Supervising and planning ongoing work assignments of direct reports on a monthly and annual basis. Managing the review, monitoring, and technical assistance to formula and discretionary for tribal grantees or organizations providing domestic violence and interactionual assault services for American Indians and Alaska Natives.

Advising tribes or tribal organizations about the implementation of family violence, domestic violence, dating violence programs for American Indians and Alaska Natives. Overseeing or coordinating the work of teams/workgroups to provide technical grants assistance for tribal grantees, tribal organizations, states, coalitions, or other grantees serving American Indian and Alaska Native survivors.

Analyzing performance data to develop information materials, training resources, and/or training sessions for tribes and tribal organizations implementing family violence, domestic violence, dating violence, interactionual assault or related programs. This position will provide work exposure to the following duties and responsibilities of a QC Technician. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Partners and coordinates daily/weekly scheduling with QC Manager, other Management, Plant personnel and crewmembers, as well as, Department of Transportation inspectors to obtain necessary samples and mix designs. Clear understanding of concrete procedures/production. Must be self-motivated with a desire to learn, obtain certifications

as needed. Must partner with other members of staff reporting to Quality Control Manager to ensure quality control specifications are met, as well as daily production schedules/estimates.

Ability to be flexible with last minute schedule changes, location changes, time of shift changes.

Overtime work required. Some night work may be required. Initiative to perform/assist with other positions for job completion.
