Perform due diligence on projects and transactions. Prepare discovery requests and responses, draft motions, briefs, and pleadings. Assist senior attorneys in conducting depositions and attending trials and court hearings. Prepare immigration forms and petitions.
File and monitor applications and petitions with appropriate government agencies. Perform other duties as assigned. Admission to the Maryland Bar is required. A Master's degree in law is required. Must have excellent writing and research skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, strong computer literacy skills, and be attentive to details.
