Duties: Evaluate, represent, and provide expert opinions on complex personal injury cases. Prepare and litigate complex cases with unlimited exposure in State and Federal Courts.
Represent clients in trials, hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and summary jury trials. Review and evaluate cases and related documents. Appear for court conferences and conduct depositions. Obtain discovery and prepare cases for trials, arbitrations, and mediations. Manage a daily caseload, including motion practice (motions, OTSC, petitions). Devise and execute trial strategies
for favorable outcomes. Facilitate and promote settlement negotiations with opposing parties. Interview potential clients and maintain effective communication with clients.
Requirements: Juris Doctor (J. D. ) degree from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law. Minimum of 2 years of first-chair experience. Strong knowledge of local state and federal courts' practices and rules. Excellent writing and communication skills. Skills: Proficient in case evaluation and preparation.
