Ensures that work/assignment areas are clean and equipment, tools, supplies, etc. are properly stored before leaving such areas on breaks and at the end of the work day. Follows sanitation policies for handling, storing food in such a manner to minimize any cross contamination. Delivers food trucks to the proper locations. Cleans/sanitizes
all equipment according to policy. Brings garbage to compactor and empties.
Cleans and sanitizes garbage pails. Sweep and mop floors as directed. Able to complete assignments within allotted time. Able to adjust to changes and re-assignments. Able to perform tasks without direction or help.
