Responsible for developing an in-depth knowledge of existing and new industries, customer products, and processes. Identify growth opportunities for Hexion by working directly with existing and new customers, and internal commercial and technical leaders as the emergence of advanced technologies is realized. Responsible for growth project/program management by using the appropriate tools, developing team charters, managing stage gate reviews, putting together project and resource plans, and communicating progress to business stakeholders.
