The Specialist coordinates the planning, organizing, management and fulfillment within the facility to meet contractual obligations and the highest quality possible of guest service. other important information to the Promotions Manager on an on-going basis. Responsible for producing all pre-event reports, e. g. Proformas, Event Details, etc. Responsible for producing all post-event winners' reports.
Schedules and supervises all staff for promotions. Serve as liaison with vendors on event-related matters. Assists with managing on-site production and clean-up for events as necessary.
