Duties/Responsibilities Working from customer prints and specifications to evaluate products for relevancy with our capabilities Prepares an operational process structure
cost estimate to the sales department. Provides an estimate of the required tools and fixtures to manufacture the part. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or a minimum of five years’ experience In depth knowledge of aircraft gear and housing manufacturing processes or similar precision part manufacturing Working knowledge of special processes such as NDT, heat treating, plating, coatings, painting, and shot peening Ability to enter information into an ERP system Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to use Auto CAD and Inventor is a plus Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision Aerospace marketplace knowledge is preferred Physical Requirements
Ability to remain seated for long periods of time while working on a computer or documentation, etc.
