Assist the Acquisitions team by verifying and entering assigned item codes and or requesting items codes that are not set up for all incoming donated, USDA and purchased product. Makes initial inbound inventory entries by entering completed receiving documents into the Ceres inventory management system. Posting inbound receipts after final review of all paperwork Assist the Transportation Manager by taking and scheduling all requests

for inbound/receiving appointments. Assist the Transportation Manager by entering monthly dates for Agencies to place on-line orders on the Driver route board. Assist with generating Warehouse and Inventory reports and Forms.

Updating the inbound freight schedule throughout the day as inbound loads are completed or as directed by the transportation Manager. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with the Warehouse, Inventory and Transportation team. Consult with external auditors to facilitate the auditing process, design audit programs to ensure ongoing evaluation and validation of IT control effectiveness. Apply COBIT, COSO, ITIL, ISO 27001, or NIST RMF frameworks to documentation and remediation efforts. The amount of travel may vary up to 25% depending on program requirements. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or another related field; or an associate degree plus four (4) years of related cybersecurity or program management experience.

Minimum of seven (7) years of experience managing IT projects, business projects, and enterprise programs. Experience managing, implementing, and successfully executing complex technology or program rollouts and cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams and regions.
