Start date is flexible. Job Summary: The successful candidate will have demonstrated ability as a qualitative bat expert with experience completing bat acoustic surveys, qualitatively identifying federally listed, under review, and candidate bat species such as Indiana bat, northern long-eared bat, tricolored bat, and little brown bat, AND/OR western species such as western long-eared Myotis, fringed Myotis, Townsend's big-eared bat, big free-tailed bat, and Mexican free-tailed bat. Experience with acoustic analysis software (i. e. Kaleidoscope,

Analook, Ana Bat Insight, Sono Bat). Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and completing bat and other wildlife related studies, including presence/probable absence surveys for threatened and endangered bats, NABat monitoring surveys, WEG compliant acoustic activity surveys, pre-construction and post-construction avian and bat surveys at wind energy projects, habitat backssments for rare species, and preparing/reviewing technical reports of survey results.

Responsibilities include: Qualitative review and labeling of eastern and western bats. Review acoustic data collected across multiple projects and technicians to determine functionality and help troubleshoot issues with technicians in the field.

Review bat calls in bat acoustic analysis software (e. g. Kaleidoscope, Analook, Ana Bat Insight, Sono Bat). Assist in proposal writing and report writing for bat specific studies. This is a general description of the functions for this position and is not inclusive of the duties which may be associated with this position. Job Requirements Requirements: Primary qualifications sought for the position include: Qualified and experienced with visually identifying either eastern federally listed and candidate bat species OR western sensitive bat species by acoustic sonogram.

At least a master's degree in biology or natural resource related field. Familiarity with current auto identification software, and current acoustic detectors is required. Familiarity with Sono Bat, Kaleidoscope, and Titley software preferred. Experience designing and implementing wildlife field studies, specifically for bats. After an offer of employment is made, the candidate must successfully pass a pre- employment background check, drug screening, and a DMV records check that meets WEST's minimum criteria to operate a motor vehicle on behalf of the company.

Biologist/Ecologist- Project Manager to manage work in the eastern US (southeastern, mid-Atlantic, and northeastern US). WEST has an office located in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania and is supported by regionally located Project Managers in the southeastern and northeastern US.

WEST's Camp Hill office is located just outside Harrisburg, Pennsylvania that is a short drive from Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Baltimore, and

Washington D. C and currently has a team of over a dozen full-time office based and remote regionally based staff members. The WEST eastern team is composed of professionals including biologist/wildlife biologists/ecologists, bat biologists, wetland ecologists, permitting specialists, avian ecologists, Geographic Information System (GIS) technicians, and data management personnel.

Responsibilities include: WEST's Consulting Biologist- Project Managers work individually, as well as with a team of natural resource specialists, scientists and biometricians. Job Requirements Requirements: The successful candidate must be a self-starter who possesses: Minimum of a bachelor's degree in biological studies, natural resources, wildlife management, wildlife biology or equivalent. The QC Laboratory Technician performs required testing in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).

Duties and Responsibilities: Sets up, adjusts and operates laboratory equipment and instruments including but not limited to Microscopes, IR Analyzes, p H meters. Conducts tests to determine chemical/physical and microbiological characteristics for raw and finished products using established SOPs and regulatory guidelines. Perform sensory analysis on ingredients

and finished products to ensure conformance to regulatory and customer quality requirements. Record all test results on standardized forms, and complete data entry into appropriate systems.

Responsible for release of fluid product for loadout, batch blend, and/or packaging lines. Responsible for communicating any out of specification test results and/or other quality issues to appropriate Production and/or QA Management as necessary. Directs incoming tanker trucks to the appropriate receiving bay as required and notifies appropriate Production personnel. of Analysis for outgoing bulk tanker loads. Perform pre-operation audits of Production equipment with Production personnel after cleaning and prior to restarting production.

Performs calculations including: adjustments for standardizing Evaporated Milk tanks to meet the Regulatory Standard of Identity and product specifications, and final water additions for Batch Blend product tanks.
