Streamline and automate processes using the Atlassian Suite, emphasizing JIRA, while also designing, managing, and refining CI/CD pipelines with a specialization in Jenkins. Currently, Man Tech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Hardware Deployment Technician to join our team based out of Chantilly, VA. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Perform installation, and support of new Windows based computer systems.
Install Image and software on laptops and workstations. Prepare the computers for deployments and support the deployment activities. Assist with the installation and support of computer systems and peripherals. Coordinates with Management for inventory, hardware orders, equipment movement, and shipping needs. Assist in assuring that work products comply with established deliverable guidelines including format and content.
Assist in the development of documentation based on the customer's processes. Travel to customer sites and perform deployment activities to include, site surveys, installs hardware, install software, remove hardware, check hardware for shipment etc.
