They will be able to work and communicate to not only their scrum teams, but also program leadership and both internal and external customers. Managers) to connect customers to experts who can help them with specialized financial needs Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 1+ year of experience in Retail banking sales, Financial services sales, Consultative relationship sales role in a related industry, with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening customer relationships and delivering results High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent Beginning October 1, 2018, the Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (including 63 or 66 if required), and Life licenses are required.

Overview (Scope of Role)The role is responsible for the management, direction, and integration of SAP modules for the Record-to-Report (Finance) process area and will provide the SAP Finance

This role is charged with overseeing, defining, and monitoring critical path activities for day-to-day issue resolution, minor/major enhancements, and projects. The SAP Solution Architect Manager will manage internal and external resources and proactively communicate and engage with other IT leaders, business leadership and other senior stakeholders to ensure appropriate integration of processes and modules across the enterprise. The role will drive the design and implementation

of new business processes within the organizational structure and lead the SAP Finance solution design in both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, along with other business process related applications.

Responsibilities This role will be responsible for defining, deploying and managing IT solutions using SAP and other applications in the Record-to-Report (RTR) end-to-end process. Key process areas include: General Accounting & reporting , Finance period-end closing, Product Costing / Controlling, Treasury, Credit Management, Indirect tax, Transfer Pricing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Intercompany accounting and reconciliations, Project Systems, Fixed Assets, Group Reporting, Bank Statement management / Cash Application, audit and regulatory reporting and Central finance provided by SAP Finance modules in ECC and S/4HANA systems, Sovos, Onesource, Blackline, SAP Concur , SAP Document compliance and other finance systems The role will manage RTR solutions in two SAP ERP systems (SAP ECC 6 ehp7 and SAP S/4HANA 2020 versions).

Role also manages SAP Analysts and AMS team and consultants supporting Trinseo in the above modules in SAP. The role will architect, design, construct, and implement SAP strategic solutions for the Trinseo enterprise centered around various technologies including cloud-based solutions, this includes: Provides solution oversight, integration architecture, and architectural governance for product solutions in alignment with the enterprise architecture standards.

Understands the business strategy of a particular function/area and works with the team to define business requirements. Owns accountability for partnering with key stakeholders to create SAP solutions and technology roadmaps that are aligned to architecture principles, leverage common solutions and services, and meet Trinseo financial targets (cost and benefits)Accountable for all aspects of SAP solution development, including adherence to Trinseo IT standards in documentation, change / release management and SDLC processes.

Accountable for solving complex technical problems and design issues in a timely manner. Supports multiple program and project-level deliverables simultaneously. Accountable for routine operational activities and service delivery of applicable third-party vendor providers Researches and advises functional leadership about industry best practices, trends, and SAP functionality, in support of Trinseo IT strategy. Qualifications Bachelor's degree, in related field of study including Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science.

Advanced degree preferred.15+ years of hands-on experience implementing (including hands-on configuration) and managing SAP Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) modules with minimum 3 full lifecycle implementations or complex integration projects in a SAP Finance Solutions Architecture lead role. Experience implementing and supporting SAP S/4HANA finance solution is required. Deep knowledge of SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules in both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA required.

Experience in cross application business process modeling and integration with SAP and non-SAP solutions required. Manages ambiguity well. Has a global outlook and develops local expertise while operating effectively in a geographically dispersed organization.

Demonstrates strong listening, communications, alliance-building, negotiation, conflict management and influencing skills. Must be a relationship builder and capable of functioning with only limited oversight. Strong verbal and written communications skills and the ability to work effectively internally and externally. This position will support a global business and will be required to travel about 20% and adjust working hours to align with global resources/partners.
