JOB SUMMARY The Inventory Specialist is responsible for supporting retail store sales, inventory operations and compliance guidelines in order to deliver consistent, positive, best-in-class customer experiences and drive inventory accuracy to effect profitable

top line sales. This role requires strong attention to detail, administrative skills and a mastery of internal inventory procedures and systems. This position works closely with the General Manager to ensure effective, efficient operation of the dispensary.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES Specialize and develop demonstrated skills in one or more of the following tracks: receiving, compliance, IT/technology, procedural development (additional tracks may be added as needed) Partner with Regional Manager and General Manager to execute inventory functions and deliver on inventory variance goals Ensure menu and product photo accuracy in-store and online Supervise the order fulfillment center Process

vendor delivery intake, verification, and documentation Process returns or damaged product Collaborate with Management Team to facilitate crowd management, curbside pickup, and cash operations Partner with Regional Manager and General Manager to recruit and develop staff with diverse skillsets Ensure and document ongoing training in collaboration with the training team Learn and become an expert with Inventory and relevant POS functions Support management team in compliance enforcement of all cannabis state-specific regulations and laws, as well as execute and enforce compliance efforts and requirements as directed Communicate daily goals and tasks, incoming deliveries, and strategies for success Assign and ensure completion of daily back-of-house responsibilities Update daily inventory board as directed by General Manager and Regional Manager Review and receive vendor deliveries with diligence and accuracy and in accordance with company and state Track various inventory metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly Assist with training of staff according to company Assist in conducting nightly and monthly inventory audits in accordance with company and state guidelines to ensure there is no diversion of inventory, and effectively report and respond to discrepancies.

Assist in maintaining records for all necessary documents: delivery and inventory manifests, nightly and monthly inventory counts, logbooks, inventory adjustments and destruction reports. Stay up to date with product knowledge, company information, new launches, campaigns, and Maintain professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications Effectively communicate needs and ideas to upper management in order to elevate the business Enforce back of house compliance with all company and store policies, practices, and Knowledge of state specific cannabis laws and regulatory JOB REQUIREMENTS Cannabis industry experience required Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point Positive attitude, team player and strong work ethic Understanding of applicable state and local laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry, personnel law, safety regulations, local municipal codes and organizational rules, regulations, directives, and standard operating procedures Must be and remain compliant with any and all regulatory requirements for working in the cannabis industry Must be able to obtain and retain a Registered Agent Card issued by the state of operation Must have excellent organization and time management skills Must be focused and detail oriented Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
