In this role, you will: Provide support and scoring guidance quality assurance staff by answering questions on regulations or compliance, procedures, policies and First Call Resolution Escalate key maintenance errors identified during scoring process and ensure resolution

of same, reviewing programs, processes, documentation, to ensure compliance with internal company requirements or government regulations Review systems to ensure company standards are met, exceptions are notated, and issues escalated as necessary Assist in development and design of product specific databases Prepare calibration score and facilitate calibrations across the team to ensure consistency of quality scores delivered to clients Monitor quality assurance programs and processes to identify gaps and risk backssment Design and conduct training for as needed Provide coaching to staff and track performance expectations and results Make final scoring decisions on disputes which impact quality

results Interact with staff and business partners to promote team work and departmental effectiveness Required Qualifications, US: 4+ years of Quality Assurance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

is a significant part of the job. Consideration for a remote-work arrangement will be based on a candidate's level of industry experience in testing and commissioning. Responsibilities include electrical acceptance and maintenance testing of medium and high voltage apparatus as well as all aspects of AC and DC control circuit verification.

Additional responsibilities include participation in all EPCS and client safety and testing training programs. The successful candidates will assist with testing of power transformers, medium and high voltage circuit breakers, instrument transformers, switches, reactors, capacitor banks, grounding systems, switchgear and protective relays and control

systems. As abilities grow, the successful candidates will prepare quotes for testing work and will write formal test reports for clients. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining equipment and shipping and receiving equipment.

Minimum Requirements: Successful completion of Electric Utility Substation and Relay Technology program or similar program; experience in testing and maintenance on medium and high voltage systems or nuclear testing is a plus.
