Gallo Winery to have cross functional teams involving Engineering, Operations, Product Making, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Vendors for startup projects. Job Summary The Reliability Maintenance Engineering department is searching for appropriate candidates to fill our 6-month Internship Program. Working closely with Engineers throughout the winery, the intern’s essential functions are as follows: Supports the development
of the equipment maintenance plan (EMP) for assets, such as researching vendor/OEM manufacturing equipment recommendation, executing data analysis on asset, facilitating cross-functional SME team meetings, and validating EMP.
Support and or lead FMEAs for assigned areas. Supports PM optimization for assigned areas. Conducts and supports data analysis and root cause analysis as needed. Leverages precision maintenance standards: Shaft alignment, balancing, torquing, machine anchor, soft foot, v-belt installation, roller chain installation, etc. Investigates and resolves work-in-process problems. Recommends and implements improvements and modifications in sequence of operations, equipment utilization, and related matters.
Plans and develops experimental test programs. Coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget. Works on multiple projects requiring forefront engineering envision and innovative solutions and is self-supervising within guidance and expectations set by their leader. Collaborates with Maintenance Team Members to develop technical job plans. Improving equipment documentation. Researching alternative equipment or technologies to deliver improved reliability.
