A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A WAREHOUSE WORKER / PARTS RUNNER As a Warehouse Worker / Parts Runner,
you perform various warehouse duties such as loading or unloading vehicles, organizing equipment, managing inventory, cleaning, maintaining company vehicles, and assisting in the delivery of permits.
As a Parts Runner, you work under the supervision of the warehouse manager to pick up and drop off different equipment or materials to different jobs and technicians. You regularly use a company vehicle and ensure that you are always following traffic laws and driving safely. You also track daily progress, keep managers informed, and verify the accuracy of a part's information prior to making runs. You enjoy the variety in your job from doing tasks in the warehouse to getting on the road and working with those in the field.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A WAREHOUSE WORKER / PARTS RUNNER High school diploma or equivalent Ability to perform physical labor such as lifting 100 pounds Ability to work in various weather conditions Good driving record Ability to pass a drug test Are you willing to assist others whenever you are needed? This position will require driving a company vehicle.
