While performing the general duties of this position, you will be responsible for the storage of consumable goods in the warehouse and the correct selection and packaging of products from the warehouse per customer orders.
Other duties include: Ensure proper and secure stacking and shrink wrapping of items to be delivered to customers. Load trucks with appropriate consumables for next-day delivery. Receive orders from voice warehouse system verifying with order tags and pick customer
orders for shipment the following morning. Count and verify all pulled products for order accuracy and to identify any damage or breakage of products. Merge various products from different areas of the warehouse into one complete order.
Package loose items into boxes and totes for shipment. Tag all orders with proper documentation for customer delivery. Load properly stacked, tagged, and wrapped pallets onto trucks for next-day delivery using forklifts and pallet jacks. Ensure that customer orders are seamlessly loaded on trucks for easy delivery and customer satisfaction. Pull orders promptly, ensuring that all orders are pulled correctly and secured safely within the assigned time allocation.
Occasional mandatory overtime may be required. All other duties as assigned.
