Ensures compliance with safety plans, work plans and project specifications and monitors the performance of craftworkers and employees. Regularly inspects work for quality and timeliness; prepares and provides progress reports to owners and architects; makes recommendations for necessary modifications.

Trains and develops employees within current and future roles to meet both employee and company growth. Works closely with regional General Superintendent to develop strategic growth plans, yearly budgets, equipment purchase plans, and employee capacity. Collaborates with architect, engineer, Owners, and other pertinent stakeholders to ensure project specifications, requirements, and other regulations are met. Ensures specifications and regulations outlined in architectural and engineering plans are followed.

Confirms required permits and licenses are obtained; executes construction contracts according to terms of agreement. Monitors budgets throughout the assigned projects and communicates variances as they occur. Ensures projects maintain records related to costs, quantities installed and inventory. Addresses any safety violations or other deficiencies. Processes timesheets related to activities performed each given day for employees and equipment. Conducts daily Tool Box Talks and JSA's and weekly safety inspections of the overall site.

Ensures proper equipment is being used onsite for all functions of the work. Performs other related duties as assigned. REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES Must be willing to travel per project needs. Ability to work and think independently, solve problems and be able to lead a team/crew. Ability to oversee and coordinate a variety of people in different roles.
