Overview This is an exciting role for accounting professional to play an important role in the IGT’s Accounts Payable department. Reporting to AP Senior Supervisor, this position is responsible for the following: Processing complex freight invoices on weekly basis
Processing Payroll and off cycle payments Processing customer refunds Month end activities including accruals and reclasses Ad hoc projects as needed The successful candidate ensures we are SOX compliant, and completes other duties as assigned.
Qualifications BS/BA degree in Accounting or Finance 2+ years experience in an Accounting position SAP experience a plus but not required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Advanced PC skills with emphasis on spreadsheet applications Must be deadline-oriented, self-motivated, and have organizational skills Able to meet tight deadlines Team player who can collaborate with partners from multiple disciplines May be required to work
