Your Role: As a Commercial Insurance Billing Manager within our new Operations department, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing billing operations within Mobilitas. Ensure the accuracy and compliance of billing with insurance regulations and company policies. Provide rigorous oversight of accounts receivable. Customer Service and Communication: Liaise with brokers, agents, and insured to resolve billing inquiries and disputes. Team Leadership and Development: Supervise and lead the billing team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation. The national average salary range for this position is $21.63/hour. However, we have a location-based compensation structure. Our salary ranges vary and are calculated based on county of residence. The full hourly rate range for this position across all the states we hire in is $19.52-$25.92. This role also includes an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 5% of eligible pay.
