A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SENIOR MANAGER, LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT As a senior manager in the landscape architect team, you are vital to partnering with the firm's leadership team in the development of a roadmap and implementation of blending our planning and design services.
You manage projects and oversee project team members and lead business development efforts and proposal activities that includes guiding preparation of proposal and presentation materials. You have a strong understanding of construction methods and prepare construction documents, details & presentation drawings. You enjoy conducting field investigations and have a solid knowledge of regional plants. You utilize your proficient technical skills in Auto CAD to develop the design of sites, parks, and other public spaces.
Your attention to detail and planning experience fosters an engaging and collaborative environment. You employ excellent time management to be an effective project team member and provide outstanding client service. LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Bachelor's Degree in landscape architect, urban landscape design, or a related field Professional Landscape Architect (PLA) 10+ years of experience in a business/consulting environment, city/regional/urban planning, landscape architecture, civil engineering, or related field Proficiency in Auto CAD Proficiency with MS Office suite, including Word and Excel 3d software experience helpful Knowledge of construction methods Strong technical writing with ability to provide writing samples Are you self-driven?
