Ensure timely removal of garbage, organic waste, recycling, etc. Work with our pest control vendor to eliminate harborage, access, food sources, etc. Respond to Service Desk tickets that have been assigned to you in a timely fashion. Work with the Facilities Manager to ensure everyday preparedness for audits; (AIB, OSHA, MDA.). Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operation of our facilities.
